Our Quality Policy

Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Policy

  • Taking into account the environmental impacts that may arise from all our activities and services, taking all kinds of preventive actions and ensuring sustainability
  • To comply with the legal legislation and regulations and other obligations that we are subject to regarding the environment in the geographies where we operate,
  • To protect and utilise natural resources in the most efficient way,
  • To increase the environmental responsibility awareness of all our employees from top management to the lowest unit by providing environmental trainings to improve the environmental awareness of all our employees

  • Establishing a management system that complies with the requirements of ISO/IEC 20000:2018 within the framework of all legal regulations,

  • To ensure that company employees internalise Quality Service Management systems and share this perspective with all our customers and business partners,
  • To provide IT service delivery that directs our customers and business partners without being limited to customer demands,
  • Our company aims for excellence by continuously improving IT Services and Customer satisfaction.

Information Security Policy

  • We commit to ensuring the continuity of the three fundamental principles of information security:
  • Confidentiality:Preventing unauthorized access to sensitive information,

    Integrity: Demonstrating the accuracy and integrity of information,

    Availability: Ensuring that authorized individuals can access information when needed.

  • We pledge to protect the information assets of Asis Elektronik ve Bilişim Sistemleri A.Ş. against all threats, whether internal or external, intentional or accidental. We will ensure information accessibility as required by business processes, comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and continuously improve our practices.
  • We commit to safeguarding not only electronically stored data but also all forms of information, including written, printed, verbal, and other formats.
  • We will provide information security awareness training to all employees to foster consciousness.
  • We will report all actual or suspected vulnerabilities posing a threat to information security to the ISMS Team and ensure these are investigated by the ISMS Team.
  • We will prepare, maintain, and test business continuity plans.
  • We will periodically evaluate information security risks, identify existing risks, review the resulting action plans, and ensure their follow-up.
  • We will prevent any disputes or conflicts of interest arising from contracts.
  • We will meet business requirements for information accessibility and information systems.
