My Smart Ticket mobile application has been developed to be a solution to all these problems. Even if you do not have your card with you, you can use public transportation vehicles with the Virtual card feature of the Smart Ticket mobile application.
Find out the balance of your card, top up instantly and use it easily!
If you cannot remember how much balance you have on your card, you can use the balance inquiry field within the Smart Ticket application. You can instantly view your balance by typing your card number or, if your phone has NFC feature, by scanning your card on your phone and create your plans accordingly. You can also order your card to be topped up and take care of all your transactions such as visas without going to the dealer.
Where is your bus? We know!
We now regularly collect instant data of all public transportation vehicles and share this information with you, our users, instantly. You can see where the vehicle you want to ride is with the Smart Ticket application. In the application, you can select the line you want to use in the transportation vehicles menu and view the vehicles on the map and list. You can also select the line you want to use in the line movements menu and see the vehicle departure times. Thus, you can plan your trip as you wish.
You can not only see where the vehicle is located, but also, while waiting at the stop, you can select the stop you are at in the stops menu to view the lines passing through the stop and the arrival times of the lines approaching the stop.
