Smart Stops enable passengers to see the lines passing through the stop they are at, and to access information on how many minutes later the vehicle they are waiting for will arrive at the stop. Thus, the problem of passengers missing vehicles or spending time at the stop without knowing how many minutes they have to wait for a vehicle is eliminated and passenger satisfaction increases.

The In-Vehicle Passenger Information System is a data service that passengers benefit from while using the transportation vehicle. During the journey, passengers are informed visually and audibly about which stop they are at and the next stop. Thus, passengers do not miss the stop they want to get off at or do not have to follow all the stops.

With the Smart Ticket Mobile application, you can use public transportation vehicles with the Virtual Card feature even if you do not have your card with you. You can give balance top-up orders, check your card balance, perform visa and subscription transactions without the need to go to the dealer. In addition to the features offered with the card, the Smart Ticket application is always with you to program your travel.
Travel planning made easy!
With the How do I get there feature, you can create a public transportation route from one point to another and make your travel plan. You can also view the departure times and whereabouts of the public transportation vehicles you want to use from the line movements menu in the application.
With the alarm feature, you can let the app notify you before the bus you want to take arrives at the bus stop.
