sis Elektronik took part in the Dragon Festival, one of the events that brings team spirit and a culture of collaboration to life. Held on September 19–20 at Maltepe Coast, the festival brought the Asis Elektronik team together in the same boat, paddling toward a shared goal.
Bringing together teams from different companies, the Dragon Festival stood out as an event where competition went hand in hand with teamwork, coordination, and harmony. The Asis Elektronik team competed throughout the festival with high motivation and a strong spirit of collaboration.
Among 54 participating companies, Asis Elektronik ranked 12th overall, advancing to the final in the Fun Sport category and finishing 5th in the final standings.
For a boat to move forward in rhythm, every paddler must move at the same time, in the same direction, and toward the same goal. In this sense, the Dragon Festival provided an opportunity to experience, in a different setting, the spirit of teamwork that holds an important place in Asis Elektronik’s working culture.
Throughout the festival, the Asis Elektronik team shared not only the excitement of competition but also the energy of moving forward together and being part of a team, creating memorable moments over the course of two days. The event also gave team members an opportunity to connect outside their everyday work environment, strengthen communication, and work together toward a common goal.
Asis Elektronik continues to foster a strong team culture through activities that support employee experience and strengthen collaboration across teams.
